1. Can I choose my booth location?
No. You can not choose your booth location.

2. Where will my booth be?
Booth assignments are given out days before the event. The assignment is made based on how long you have been vending at Juneteenth and the location of your booth in previous years. You must contact Northcott at 414-372-3770 for your booth location.

3. How much does it cost?
Juneteenth costs are: Food Booth - $150, Novelty Booth - $150, and Information Booth - $125. Please see the Juneteenth Day Vendor Guidelines for more detail on fees and costs.

4. When is Juneteenth?
Juneteenth will be held Saturday, June 19th, 2010 from 9am to 6pm.

5. What time should I arrive?
Vendors should arrive no later than 8:00am. After 8:00am no vehicles will be allowd on the grounds.

6. When is Juneteenth over?
Juneteenth Day is a one day event. The celebration begins at 9am and vendors must stop booth operations at 5:30pm.

7. What if I want to leave early?
Vendors can leave as early as they would like. But, no vehicles will be allowed on the grounds until after Milwaukee Police Departments reopen the streets. If you leave early, you will have to carry all of your supplies/merchandise back to your vehicle.

8. How many people attend Juneteenth?
Last years attendance was estimated at 40,000.

9. What kind of license or permits do I need?
Only food vendors are required to have a food permit.

10. What if I can’t make it, do I get a refund?
All fees are due with your application and are non-refundable.

11. Where do I make my payment for a booth?
Payment can be brough to Northcott Neighborhood House, 2460 N 6th St., Milwaukee, WI 53212 between the hours of 8am and 4pm or mailed to that same address along with application.

12. Will there be someplace to plug in electronics?
There will be no electrical outlets/supply provided for vendors.

13. What if I arrive late?
If you arrive late your booth space will still be available but, you will have to carry your supplies/merchandise onto the grounds.

14. Where is Juneteenth held?
Juneteenth is held on Martin Luther King Gr. between Center and Burleigh Streets. Vendors line this route on both sides of the street.
